Hours: 10:00am until 3:00pm
Setup: Saturday, July 26 from 8:30 to 9:45am
Cleanup: Saturday, July 26 from 3:00 – 4:00pm
You must be an LBS member to register as a vendor.
Items that may be sold: beads, findings, jewelry and bead–making items (tools, stringing materials), display and storage items, books, and jewelry. Other craft items are allowed if a majority of items for sale are bead and jewelry items as listed above.
Multiple tables may be purchased. Tables may be shared.
Everyone selling at a table must be named on the registration form and be present during the sale.
Pricing, selling, and collecting money is the responsibility of each vendor.
Tables are 8 feet long and 2 feet deep (as 2 tables, 12 inches deep each). Tables will be draped by the hotel. Vendors will be charged for damage to the draping.
Tabletop display racks of not more than 3 feet tall may be brought in. All items must be displayed on the table; no extra tables or floor–standing displays may be used. Items for sale may not be displayed under the table. All other property must be stored under the table.
The use of tools with open flames or candles is prohibited.
Vendors must remove all boxes and packing materials following the sale. The facility is not responsible for disposal of trash other than normal trash that fits in the provided wastebaskets.
LBS is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The sale will be open to the public. $1.00 admission will be charged. Door prizes will be offered.
Vendors are expected to help promote the sale.
